Heavy Duty Aluminium Door System

The 7000 series was designed by Clearview to meet the demands of consumers, architects, engineers, and product consultants. The 2 panel heavy duty aluminum door system introduces a unique combination of PVC and POLYURETHANE thermal breaks in both the frame and sash components, which allows many benefits. The combination of this thermal break technology provides our customers with colour and finish flexibility like never before in addition providing quick turnaround with reduced production lead times. The strength and rigidity of thermally broken aluminum framing systems resists greater wind loads and provides long term reliable service.

Standard Features

A unique thermal break system resulting in reduced heat transfer and
incidence of condensation at high humidity levels.
High strength 6063-T6 aluminum prevents warping, twisting, and
bowing.
Engineered sill design construction prevents water overflow at
pressures of up to 500 Pa.
Full perimeter double weather-strip reduces water and air infiltration.
Two tandem Rollers will provide years of quiet and smooth operation.
Aluminum frame screen with fiberglass mesh, with four adjustable
steel rollers.
Standard powder coated durable handles, with mortise style locking
system.
Glass is fully tempered and sealed units standard with Low Emissivity
Coated glass, Warm Edge Spacer, and Argon Gas.
Standard height knock down doors are fully reversible, can be
assembled to slide left or right.
Sloped sill to ease water run off.
