Clearview patio doors are warranted by Clearview Industries Ltd., the manufacturer, against the defects in material and workmanship, as specified under the Warranty, occurring as a direct result of the manufacturing process, for the following door parts and components during the stated time period, under normal use and service, subject to the terms and conditions contained in the Warranty. This warranty must be registered with Clearview Industries Limited. Failure to register will void warranty.
From the date of manufacture, a twenty five (25) year warranty applies to the WHITE PVC and aluminum extrusions used in the manufacturing of Clearview products. Clearview Industries Ltd. warrants that our PVC doors (unpainted) shall have no finishing or paint defects causing: a) blistering, b) peeling, c) flaking, d) buckling, e) splitting and not show excessive fading of door frame or sash members. Exposure to sunlight, air pollutants and normal atmosphere conditions can cause aluminum and vinyl surfaces to gradually fade or chalk or suffer discoloration from any accumulation of surface dirt or stains. These are normal occurrences and are not covered under this warranty. This warranty on the vinyl frame and sash or aluminum extrusions shall remain in effect only if normal cleaning practices are followed. Warranty covers replacement of parts and does not include freight or installation.
Exterior and interior paint warranted for a period of ten (10) years to remain free from peeling, cracking and major discoloration not caused by exposure to sunlight heat, noxious or abrasive materials. Warranty covers replacement of parts and does not include freight or installation.
For a period of Ten (10) years from the date of installation, Clearview Industries Ltd. warrants that the sealed units contained in the doors, under normal conditions, will not develop an obvious obstruction of vision which is the result of film formation or dust collection between the interior glass surface caused by seal failure (and NOT glass BREAKAGE). Warranty covers replacement of parts and does not include freight or installation.
For a period of ten (10) years from the date of installation, Clearview Industries Ltd. warrants that the operating mechanism and sealed units contained in the doors, under normal conditions, will not develop an obvious obstruction of vision which is the result of film formation or dust collection between the interior glass surface caused by seal failure (and NOT glass BREAKAGE). Warranty covers replacement of parts and does not include freight or installation.
For a period of five (5) years from the date of installation, Clearview Industries Ltd. warrants that aluminum and vinyl doors shall have no defects of fabrication attributable to materials or workmanship and shall serve for the purpose normally intended. Warranty covers replacement of parts and does not include freight or installation.
For a period of two (2) years from the date of installation, Clearview Industries Ltd. warrants that the hardware shall remain in good operational condition. Warranty covers replacement of parts and does not include freight or installation.
Returned orders will not be accepted without Clearview’s prior agreement. A 20% re-stocking fee may be applied by Clearview. Any special order product or made to order product is not returnable for credit.
